UI/UX is accountable for designing user interfaces for all platforms (web/mobile/desktop) and web development tasks. Note: PH based only.

Role Responsibilities:

  • User Research Assistance:
    • Assist in user research activities, such as conducting surveys, interviews, and usability testing sessions.
    • Help gather and organize research findings to inform design decisions.
  • Wireframes and Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes, user flows, and basic interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
    • Collaborate with senior designers to iterate and refine design ideas.
  • User Interface (UI) Design Support:
    • Assist in the creation of UI designs, including layouts, typography, color schemes, and iconography.
    • Contribute to maintaining consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Usability Testing Assistance:
    • Participate in usability testing sessions and assist in collecting user feedback.
    • Assist in translating usability test results into design improvements.
  • Design Collaboration:
    • Work closely with senior UI/UX designers, developers, and other team members to contribute to design solutions and align with development goals.
  • Documentation and Organization:
    • Help maintain design documentation, style guides, and design assets for easy reference and consistency.
    • Organize and archive design files and assets.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Assist in communicating design concepts, progress, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Participate in design reviews and discussions.

Job Requirements:

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction (or in progress).
  • Enthusiasm for UI/UX design and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles, usability, and accessibility.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A willingness to take direction from senior designers and continuously improve skills.
