Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Resolve any conflicts, issues, and impediments that might occur during the development process
- Manage and monitor the progress and performance of the scrum team to ensure that sprint and products goals are achieved
- Coach, Mentor, and support the scrum team to achieve a higher level of scrum maturity
- Collaborate with other Scrum masters and key stakeholders to improve current processes and frameworks
- Shielding the team from outside distractions, context switching, and interferences.
- Building a safe environment with an emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of solid and relevant experience as a Scrum master
- Strong Agile values and principles
- PSM or CSM Certification is preferred but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Some experience as Scrum Master for 1 to 2 scrum teams
- Jira experience is a plus
- Excellent facilitating and coaching skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
