The FP&A Lead supports the Finance and Operations team in the development of forecast, budget, and financial analysis for Peddlr Philippines. • Overall in charge of the budgeting and forecast process (short-term and long-term) and coordination with stakeholders and department/operational leads. • Support monthly P/L and Cash Flow forecast and actuals analysis and lead preparation of reports for operations and leadership presentation. • Conduct departmental reviews and provide insights on variances and impact on targets. • Establish and improve reporting model to ensure the requirements of the leadership team are met. • Provide important ad hoc reports and tasks as requested by the leadership team • Support in internal and external audits.
