Field Operations Officer

The Field Operations Officer carries out a variety of operational and administrative tasks working closely with the BD - Implementation on all aspects of the position. The Field Operations Officer keeps a close watch on the efficiency of the warehouse and its employees. Field Operations present strategic insights, comments, and recommendations acquired from the operations and support initiatives to pursue Business Development goals. Reporting to the Business Development - Implementation is this role.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Help us manage the warehouse, and analyze operations and staff performance.
  • Communicate with Peddlr BD – Implem team to develop plans for improvement
  • Travel to the field to provide support with the warehouse and maintain close working relationships with the customers.
  • Ensure that all ideas, feedback, and suggestions for improvements are gathered and aligned with BD – the Implem team.
  • Running and executing the process, documenting what works and what doesn’t
  • Will be deployed to subsequent distributors
