Role Responsibilities:
- Performing the basic accounting functions
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns
- Handle a variety of miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned by supervisors and team members
- Assist in the preparation of schedules and support as required for the annual audit
- Assist finance team with administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and research tasks
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist in the scanning and digital archiving of paper documents, as necessary
- Ensure that all financial documents are filed correctly and are easily retrievable when needed
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of billing information before sending SOAs to clients
- Generate SOAs for clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and relevant government agencies (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth & BIR)
- Coordinate and facilitate the timely exchange of information between our organization and government agencies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
