Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for internal and external reporting.
- Coordinate financial audits and liaise with auditors to address any issues or concerns.
Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
- Manage working capital and optimize cash utilization.
- Monitor cash flow projections and take proactive measures to address any shortfalls.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies.
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage for the organization's assets and liabilities.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
