As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling products or services through various tools, including but not limited to social media and phone calls. Your goal is to engage with potential customers, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage funnel of inbound leads coming from websites, events such as webinars, or marketing events. 
  • Research and hunt new opportunities using outbound calling by using different tools such as social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) and calling. 
  • Delivering consultative prospecting experience with a focus on creative personalization. 
  • Conducting a high volume of prospecting calls using various outreach channels such as phone, email, and social selling. 
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs. 
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least proven 2+ years in lead generation 
  • Proven sales experience and with track record of achieving quota.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions to bring the conversation forward. 
  • Lead generation from inbound and outbound calls 
  • Experience in B2B sales with experience in selling marketing solutions
