Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Growth Manager to develop and execute growth strategies to increase app usage via user acquisition, retention, and managing churn.
- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement experiments to test new growth tactics and optimize existing ones.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the Growth Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as product and marketing to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc., and analyzing data to drive growth strategies.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM) and other levers to push growth agenda.
- Experience working with analytics tools to track user behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
