2. What is the MalaCash Power validity period?
- The MalaCash validity period will always end on the last day of the Month regardless of when the User paid for the subscription.

3. Will the MalaCash Power Auto-renew every month?
- No. The MalaCash Power will not auto renew every month. By the end of the validity period,
the user will have to avail MalaCash Power again via the Malacash page in the App.
4. What is the accepted payment plan for the MalaCash Power?
- As of the moment, Users only mode of payment is via Kankolek and GCash.
We will add more payment methods such as Maya, BDO, etc. in the upcoming weeks.
5. When can the user CLAIM their bonus and when will it expire?
- User can claim the bonus every first day of the next Month and will expire after 7 days.

6. Upon release of MalaCash Power, If the user is an existing Malacash Level 4 -
which has 1% bonus, and the user decides to subscribe to MalaCash Power “Benta Queen”, what will happen?
- User’s Malacash Level will be upgraded to MalaCash Power Benta Queen 4% Bonus for every Sell eload transaction.
7. Where can the user CLAIM their bonus?
- Users can claim their accumulated bonus in the Bonus History or via MalaCash pop-up.
