Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, reading, interpreting, and providing insights from multiple lenses on data to all operations streams, including Revenue, contributions from Sales, Community Building, and Customer Support—a combination of Finance and Project Mgt Skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Data Gathering and Interpretation
  • Developing and maintaining a database.
  • Data Analyzation 
  • Identifying patterns and trends, findings, and developing a proposal/recommendation.
  • Developing data visualizations to communicate insights effectively through multiple lenses including revenue, community building, and customer support. 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes
  • Staying up to date with Industry trends.
  • Collecting and organizing data from multiple sources (database, spreadsheets, ERP dashboard, and other third party platforms.)
  • Analyzing data using various tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data. 
  • Help the organization make better decision by providing insights and recommendation based on data analysis

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Data Analysis and Visualization tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
