Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, increase app usage, and improve retention rates.
  • Manage and analyze user data to identify key areas for improvement and implement tactics to reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to identify revenue growth opportunities and develop strategies to monetize the app.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Identify and execute growth hacks and tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the continued growth of the app.

Job Requirements:

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. 
  • Identify and execute growth hacks and tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the continued growth of the app. 
  • Strong project management skills to oversee and execute growth initiatives and manage cross-functional teams. 
  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to use data to inform and drive growth strategies. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and other growth tactics to optimize conversion rates and increase user acquisition and retention. 
  • Ability to create and implement processes for efficient execution of growth initiatives. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to adapt to uncertainty and changing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, report on progress and results, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Ability to think creatively and outside of the box to develop innovative growth strategies and tactics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as the ability to thrive in a team environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex growth challenges.
